What you give us

When you request a Status Report, you give us a project or company name, your role, your name, your email address, the project’s state, and, if you choose, a phone number. We use it to prepare your report, send it to you, and follow up about it.

Public records we use

Our reports and outreach are based on public filings published by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, including the business contact details those filings contain. If we contacted you, it is because your company appears in those public filings on a specific project.

Who sees it

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. It is stored with the service providers that run this website, our database, and our email, only so they can provide those services to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics that count page visits without identifying you.

How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as they’re useful for your report and follow-up, and delete them when you ask.

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, email hello@closeoutpath.com. Every email we send also includes a way to opt out.
