CloseoutPath is operated by Brijesh Patel, doing business as CloseoutPath. By requesting a report or using this site, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Status Reports summarize public filings as they stood on the report date. Public records can be incomplete, late, or wrong, and they can’t show everything that affects when retainage is released. Paid services are described in a written engagement letter before any work starts.

Information, not legal advice

CloseoutPath is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and is not a collection agency. We don’t sign, file, or send anything on your behalf without your approval, and we refer disputes and legal claims to your attorney.

No promised outcomes

We can’t promise a payment date or any particular result. Retainage release depends on other companies and public agencies we don’t control.

Fees

The Status Report is free. Paid services are flat fees agreed in writing before work starts. We never charge a percentage of money you receive.
